Chef's Pantry is a mobile culinary experience. Our made-from-scratch concept affords us the ability to rely on the quality and robust flavor of our meals rather than pretentious slogans, cluttered graphics, or funny business. We offer "simply-complex" creations whose quality and flavor speak for themselves. The only thing we do not cut fresh is corners!
Chef's Pantry creates meals which rely on ingredients that are fresh and in season. We pull from many regional influences such as American, Mexican, French, Asian, and many others. One thing is for sure, you will find something that you love!
Chef Matthew has honed his skills over many years working in Las Vegas, San Diego, and Temecula. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas and helped to open D.O.C.G. Enoteca at The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino on the Vegas strip where his pizza creations such as the "D.O.C.G. Pizza" are staples to this day. He has been featured in "Inland Empire Magazine" while serving as the Executive Chef at Mount Palomar Winery in Temecula, CA.
